Intelligent Batching System

The self-discharging iron remover adopts rare earth neodymium-iron-boron permanent magnet material known as the "Magnet King" as its magnetic source. It features stable magnetic performance and strong suction force, delivering excellent iron removal effect on both large ferrous debris and fine iron impurities.

When the feeding hopper of the dry magnetic separator is full, repeat the above operations. Once the full-load position is reached, press the stop button to reverse the vibration feeder or close the sector valve to stop feeding; all other equipment will shut down accordingly. After shutdown, press the lift button to raise the feeding hopper a certain distance away from the materials, so as to facilitate the movement of transport vehicles.
