When the feeding hopper of the dry magnetic separator is full, repeat the above operations. After reaching the full material position, press the stop button to apply reverse braking to the electromagnetic vibratory feeder or close the sector valve to halt feeding. All other equipment will stop operation accordingly. After shutdown, press the lift button to raise the feeding hopper to a certain height above the materials for the movement of transport vehicles. Then align it with the second discharging station, and repeat the process until the entire silo is fully loaded.

The silo bottom cement loader is mainly used for bulk cement and other powdery materials. Installed on the ground, it is designed for loading tank containers of trucks, trains and other vehicles. It is mainly composed of discharge gate, conveying chute, elbow, feeding hopper, bulk loader, dust collector and chute fan. The internal part is suspended inside the cement silo via supports.
