RCYD(C) Series Permanent Magnet Self-Unloading Iron Remover
RCYD(C) Series Permanent Magnet Self-Unloading Iron Removers are matched with various belt conveyors, vibrating conveyors and other equipment.
Application Scope
RCYD(C) Series Permanent Magnet Self-Unloading Iron Removers are matched with various belt conveyors, vibrating conveyors and other equipment. They can automatically remove ferromagnetic substances weighing 0.1-35kg from moving materials, and are widely used in cement, thermal power, metallurgy, mining, chemical industry, glass, papermaking, coal and other industries.
Technical Features
The magnetic circuit is designed by computer simulation with an optimized double-pole structure, featuring high magnetic field strength, large gradient and strong suction force.
High-performance neodymium iron boron is adopted as the magnetic source with high magnetic energy product and excellent demagnetization resistance, the demagnetization rate is no more than 5% within eight years.
The barrel-shaped drum realizes automatic deviation correction. The fully sealed bearing housing offers good tightness and adapts to various harsh working environments.
Iron is automatically unloaded by the belt to ensure long-term trouble-free continuous operation.
The control system can be interlocked with the belt conveyor, supporting local manual control and centralized control.
