RCYP Series Manual Permanent Magnetic Iron Removers are matched with various conveyors to manually remove ferromagnetic impurities from non-magnetic materials.

Technical Features

The magnetic circuit adopts computer simulation design and optimized double-pole structure, featuring high magnetic field strength, large gradient and strong suction.

High-performance neodymium iron boron is used as the magnetic source. It has high magnetic energy product and excellent demagnetization resistance, with a demagnetization rate of no more than 5% within eight years.

The manual iron removing mechanism is composed of chains, sprockets and scrapers. It has a simple structure, easy iron discharge and consumes no electric power.

The whole machine is optimally designed with compact structure, suitable for occasions with low iron content and limited space.
